The most popular option is the Content Helper at $399/month, which includes caption writing and 12 posts across Facebook and Instagram together, or LinkedIn. There's also a $99 Test Drive if you want to see how it works before committing to anything.
Not necessarily, but it helps. Facebook and Instagram are owned by the same company (Meta), so the same post can go to both platforms at the same time without extra work. For most local businesses in the Toledo area, Facebook tends to have a more established audience, but Instagram is growing fast, especially for businesses with strong visuals like contractors, landscapers, and restaurants. We'll talk through what makes sense for your specific business during your discovery call.
Yes, and this is actually the most common situation. Most small businesses I work with have an existing page that just went quiet. We don't need to start from scratch. It depends on which package you choose. With the Posting Partner plan, you provide the photos and captions and I handle the scheduling. With the Content Helper plan, it's a mix — you can send your own photos or we use content from your included monthly capture session (1 per month), and I write all the captions. With the Growth Starter plan, 2 content capture sessions per month are included. Additional sessions for either plan are available at $149 each. All sessions are 1 hour on-site, weekdays during business hours.
Yes — and it's one of the best things you can do for your social presence right now. Short-form video is getting significantly more reach than static posts on both Facebook and Instagram. I offer a Social Video Bundle add-on for $149/month, which includes 4 short-form videos per month. Footage can be a mix of clips from your content capture session and videos you film yourself and send to me — I edit everything into polished Reels with captions, music, and transitions included where they fit.
It depends on your package. The Posting Partner plan doesn't include comment monitoring, so you'd handle responses yourself. The Content Helper and Growth Starter plans include basic monitoring, meaning I keep an eye on your pages and flag anything that needs attention. Anything requiring specific business knowledge (pricing, scheduling, complaints) gets routed back to you. If you'd like more hands-on comment management where I draft responses for you, that's available as an add-on for $75 to $99 per month.
I primarily serve Toledo and the surrounding area, including Perrysburg, Maumee, Holland, Sylvania, Temperance, Lambertville, and Monroe. For content capture sessions I prefer to stay within that footprint, but feel free to ask if you're just outside it and we can figure something out.
